In my work place at JIPMER I oversee a team of 30 staff members, including technical, and support staff. In addition I am involved in teaching MD Medicine, and DM Clinical Immunology students, fostering the next generation of medical professionals. As a team my residents, faculty colleagues, and I manage a busy clinical schedule, seeing approximately 1000 to 1200 rheumatology patients per week in the outpatient settings.
