Courses Committee

The College’s Courses Committee is a sub-committee of the Education Executive and oversees the design, development, and delivery of the College’s annual programme of courses and webinars which cover a wide range of clinical and non-clinical topics. The committee will, on occasion, also oversee the development of education events held in partnership with other College’s and Associations. The Committee membership is made up an agile group of doctors from a variety of specialities, who serve on the committee for a term of 3 years, and they are responsible for providing feedback on and approving programmes for confirmed events passed down from the Education Executive, ensuring that each programme aligns with the College’s EDI policies and overall strategy. The Committee has also been set-up in a way that allows it to quickly respond to requests for hot topic events which require a quick turnaround.
