How we support you

Providing strong representation and leadership

Representing doctors views

We work to ensure that your views and experiences as a physician are taken into account by policymakers throughout the UK. We do this through the development and advocacy of our own strategic policy, by responding to a wide range of consultations, and by engaging with policymakers and other stakeholders.

Leadership

We have experienced elected members serving on our council and committees to ensure that the views of our members and their physician community are represented at all levels of College decision making.

Equality, Diversity and Inclusion

We're committed to setting the standards for valuing equality, diversity and inclusion in College's activities, leadership and governance. The College has launched a strategy which outlines our commitments to EDI and how we plan to achieve our objectives of creating an inclusive culture, promoting equity in medicine, addressing inequities in health, addressing discrimination and eliminating racism.
