Leadership and Governance
Learn about leadership and governance at the College.
The College is governed by a Council, College Laws, Royal Charter and specific committees. The Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh is a charity, regulated by OSCR, the Scottish Charity Regulator.
We are committed to positively influencing healthcare, professional standards and health policy. By pursuing clinical excellence and the best possible patient care, we are here to support and nurture the next generation of physicians. Our governing documents provide structure and parameters within which we must work to fulfil our legal and regulatory requirements.
Leadership
We are led by the College President, our dedicated council and representative committees.
