Where do you deliver?
We deliver to most countries around the world but some exceptions can apply, depending on the type of product and international delivery restrictions. We cannot deliver to P.O Box addresses. What duties and taxes apply?
All items are exclusive of VAT as we are a charity. However we are unable to cover any additional custom charges for items which may be charged once arriving in your country of choice for delivery. Please be advised that it is the buyer’s duty to cover the custom expenses.
When will I receive my order?
Orders to all UK addresses will be dispatched by Royal Mail First Class. All orders outside of the UK are sent with DHL, which can take a few working days depending on each country.
What do I do if my items are delivered damaged?
