Subretinal abscesses due to endogenous staphylococcal blood stream infection is a rare occurrence. A young adult male presented with subretinal abscesses, necrotising pneumonia, pleural empyema, skin and soft tissue infection, muscle abscesses and deep vein thrombosis.
