A reminder that the Academy of Medical Royal College’s has produced guidance to help doctors in training, and their supervisors, in considering how to record their reflective practice.
If you are recording reflective notes over the festive period, this is a useful guide and contains advice on a number of areas including how best to use your portfolio to record reflections on clinical work, especially in relation to medical errors or when a patient has come to harm.
