Pulmonary sarcoidosis: a clinical update

Sarcoidosis remains difficult to diagnose, assess and treat. The last decade has brought significant diagnostic and therapeutic advances in the field of sarcoidosis including endobronchial ultrasound, 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography and biologics.
