The College seeks to appoint a new Director of Examinations. The postholder will be responsible for the direction of the examinations department, working alongside the operational team and MRCP(UK).
This role has key responsibilities including supporting the operational team on the delivery of UK PACES, representing the College on various committees, supporting the recruitment of examiners, promoting the work of the College and participating in MRCP(UK) Admissions ceremonies. The Director of Examination post is open to all Fellows of the College. Attendance in person is required during the year, so applicants from outwith the UK would need to be able to travel.
The term of office for this post is 3 years subject to satisfactory annual appraisal. The post is honorary and reasonable expenses for travel and subsistence will be payable, in line with College policies.
