Dr Nadeeshani Kularathna Jayakody is a Sri Lankan national and she received MBBS degree from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Sri Jayawardenapura, Sri Lanka in 2011. From 2011-2012 she worked as a Teaching Assistant at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Sri Jayawardenapura, Sri Lanka. She worked as an Intern Medical officer and a Senior House Officer at the General Hospital Kalutara, Sri Lanka from 2012-2014. She joined the MSc program in Internal Medicine at the University of Edinburgh in Sept 2014. In all subjects of the 1st year MSc program she achieved very good results. During Sept 2014 to June 2015, she worked on the EU funded project on Bridging the gap in knowledge and practice of prevention and care for HIV in Estonia with Prof Irja Luster at the University Hospital, Tartu, Estonia. Currently, she is attached to the Sri Lankan Medical Service.
