Those affected by Klinefelter’s syndrome are at increased risk of systemic lupus erythematosus, breast cancer, non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, and lung cancer. Nephrotic syndrome in association with Klinefelter’s syndrome has never been reported in the literature.
