No
5. Is there any complaint among the people of inadequacy in the supply of Medical aid?
I should say. No - During the time of my connexion with this Parish, upwards of four years - the whole Parish with very few exceptions have joined in securing the service of Dr Sinclair by subscription - He attends at the manse for consultation one day in the week and also (or his assistant) visits patients at their houses - when necessary - The great drawback is our distance from Wick (17 miles) the nearest town or residence of a Doctor, - and though his attendance when called is prompt, - cases must occur, of difficulty from the distance -

No

None - except that the Earl of Caithness may reside, at his seat in this Parish for 2 or 3 weeks, once in 2 or 3 years.
