Using Google Slides, students have a chance to read, react, and respond to the hardships of living in the Highlands and Islands in 1850. Learn about the physicians who would travel great distances to help their community, and learn about the compassion and friendship that community members needed so they could survive in the sometimes harsh climate of the Highlands and Islands.
