I want to be involved in the EDI group to contribute to objectives and aims of equity and access to care across gender, race and for all affiliates. I promote EDI in my workplace by assuring equity in fellow trainee selections, promoting rheumatology access for ethnic minority residents, clinical research addressing equity in rheumatic diseases.
