The College has recently launched its Strategy, Towards 2025 Together, and is now seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to drive forward one of its strategic aims, to build an inclusive and collaborative global community that supports physicians across all stages of their careers, furthering our network of Fellows and Members (F&Ms).
The new role of Head of Membership & Advancement is designed to provide the highest level of customer service to existing F&Ms, and to grow the College’s offer to appeal to a wider community of clinicians, both in the UK and internationally. With over 40% of our F&Ms located beyond the UK, it is increasingly important that we provide relevant opportunities for physicians, trainees, SAS doctors and medical students which support them in improving the quality of health and patient care wherever they are in the world.
A focus on advancement activities will be essential as the College looks to build on its philanthropic heritage and develops opportunities for clinicians to support them in achieving the College’s aim of advancing the health of our global population and planet for the long-term benefit of society. This role will spearhead the design and development of a holistic approach to philanthropic giving which underpins the delivery of our strategy, purpose and mission.
Remuneration Package
The salary for this role will be £63,880.
