Advice

As an Educational Supervisor recognise that there are people to ask and to turn to who will help support a trainee in difficulty. This is true between and across posts. There should be resources to help share the problem. It is best to identify any issues early on in a trainee’s post. In this way early support can be gained. Ideally a culture of openness should be aimed for in order to provide good support.
